The delicatessen offers meats and cheeses imported straight from Italy.  Cheeses are hand-cut and sliced fresh.  Prosciutto, pancetta, and salami can be cut to your liking and taken home. Cakes, gelato, and pasta are made fresh at the restaurant.

Homemade sauces are available made from authentic Italian recipes with whole ingredients that are unique to Ciao.  The pesto is homemade plus the meatballs, eggplant, and lasagna are made from scratch.  Gnocchi is made from whole ingredients from the Ciao kitchen and is available for carryout as well.
